What is Professional practice consultancy?
All mediators registered with the FMC or their member organisation are required to appoint a Professional Practice Consultant (PPC) following the completion of their foundation training, if they intend to offer mediation.
Mediators are required to undertake a minimum number of hours consultancy with a PPC each year.

Our service is offered across Hampshire and into the neighbouring counties of Dorset and Wiltshire to those already accredited and those working towards accreditation, in the form of one to one meetings, group meetings and out of hours contact.
Meetings can take place face to face or via video call and are offered at competitive fees.
During the meetings we will address practice issues, update you on developments within the profession and training requirements.
We keep a log of meetings attended.
Consultees receive a note following each meeting for their records. They are also offered observation and shadowing.
